About the Role
As an AI Transformation Consultant, you'll work directly with enterprise clients to identify operational challenges, uncover opportunities for AI, and guide organisations through successful AI transformation initiatives.
This is not a traditional consulting role.
You'll combine business strategy, process improvement, workforce analysis, and AI implementation to help organisations improve productivity, reduce operational costs,
and unlock measurable business value.
Working alongside our product, engineering, and forward-deployed engineering teams, you'll ensure every deployment solves the right problem- not just the most obvious one.
What You'll Do
- Lead AI transformation engagements with enterprise clients.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews across business functions.
- Map business processes and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Analyse workforce capabilities using Yolex Labs' Workforce Intelligence platform.
- Identify high-impact AI automation opportunities.
- Develop AI transformation roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineers to design bespoke AI agents and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops with executives and department leaders.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into transparent business recommendations.
- Measure project success using operational and financial KPIs.
