Manage employee lifecycle including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

-Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

-Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

-Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

-Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.

-Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.

-Assist in HR MIS, reporting, and documentation.

-Coordinate training and development programs.

-Support HR audits and other administrative HR activities

Pay: ₹40,645.80 - ₹60,359.15 per month

Experience:
- HR gernalist: 3 years (Required)
- corporate HR: 4 years (Preferred)
