About The Department
The FTS Program Management Office (PMO) supports business teams by improving system reliability, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring business logic across FTS platforms remains accurate. The team collaborates with system administrators, project managers, and business users to deliver enhancements and maintain efficient workflows. It operates in a knowledge‑sharing,
