AiDamsole Agile Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing digital marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency and possess a solid understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development. The candidate will act as the bridge between clients and execution teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time while achieving client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
- Conduct onboarding meetings with new clients.
- Understand client business objectives and project requirements.
- Prepare project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Coordinate project kick-off with internal teams.
Project Coordination
- Manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Website Development teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Track project deadlines and follow up with respective teams.
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings.
- Provide project updates and resolve client queries.
- Build long-term professional relationships with clients.
Strategy & Reporting
- Conduct Monthly Strategy Meetings.
- Review campaign performance with clients.
- Present monthly reports and explain campaign insights.
- Coordinate implementation of approved strategies.
Account Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Manage contract renewals.
- Improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Suggest new digital marketing solutions based on business goals.
Documentation & CRM
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Update CRM with client interactions and pr
