Your primary mission is straightforward: Acquire clients rapidly and secure Oracle Cloud Application (ERP, HCM, SCM, CRM) opportunities. You will act as the tip of the spear, qualifying leads and closing deals at an aggressive pace to immediately deploy our ready bench of high-caliber Oracle functional and technical consultants.

Position Overview

- Experience: 7+ years in IT Professional Services / Staff Augmentation sales, with at least 5+ years dedicated to the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition & Market Penetration
- Aggressive Hunting: Identify, target, and pitch to enterprise and mid-market companies migrating to, upgrading, or maintaining Oracle Cloud Applications.




- Deals Closure at Speed: Own the entire sales lifecycle from cold outreach to contract signing, minimizing sales cycle friction to secure immediate consultant deployment opportunities.
- Network Leveraging: Tap into your existing ecosystem of CIOs, IT Directors, Oracle Alliance Managers, and procurement heads to generate immediate pipeline.
- GTM Strategy & Oracle Alliance Management
- Partnership Ecosystem: Build close relationships with Oracle's internal sales reps and account managers to get referred into active implementations requiring external talent.
- Value Pitching: Position our practice as the agile, rapid-deployment alternative to bloated tier-1 integrators.
- Cross-Functional Synchronization
- Talent Matching Delivery: Work hand-in-hand with our internal recruiting/resourcing team to map our consultant bench capabilities directly to client requirements within 24–48 hours of lead qualificatio
