Role Overview
As the Growth Executive, you will be responsible for introducing the LrnAi platform to schools, conducting product demonstrations, generating leads, and converting institutions into pilot and paid customers. This is a field-oriented role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions to introduce the LrnAi platform.
- Meet with principals, directors, and school management teams.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and live demonstrations.
- Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and address customer queries.
- Onboard schools for pilot programs and paid subscriptions.
- Build long-term relationships with education stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a robust passion for sales.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Ability to present technology solutions confidently.
- Basic understanding of EdTech or SaaS products is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
