What Youll Do
- Leading and mentoring a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact data solutions.
- Designing and implementing advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modeling, to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for data-driven insights.
- Developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical processes.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, translating complex data insights into compelling narratives.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science to continuously drive innovation within the team.

What Were Looking For
- A master s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in data science, analytics, or a closely related domain.
- Proven experience leading data-driven projects and managing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in programming languages
