Role Description
The Fashion Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves welcoming clients to the store, understanding their style preferences, and providing personalized fashion advice aligned with Philocaly’s brand aesthetics. The Fashion Consultant will guide clients through fabric choices, fits, and customization options, assist with measurements and fittings, and coordinate with the tailoring team to ensure high-quality outcomes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include showcasing collections, creating complete looks for different occasions, maintaining a visually appealing store, and supporting sales targets through consultative selling. The role also requires managing customer follow-ups, handling inquiries, and contributing to an excellent in-store experience that drives customer loyalty.

Qualifications
- Robust Product Knowledge and awareness of menswear fabrics, fits, and tailoring details.
- Proven Fashion Consulting experience with an ability to create cohesive, occasion-appropriate looks.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
- Sales capabilities, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing transactions in a retail environment.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or luxury menswear is highly beneficial.
