Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Jaipur. The Sales Professional will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers, and promote Equal’s utility and home improvement product range. Daily activities include conducting product presentations and demos, managing inquiries, preparing quotations,
and negotiating deals in line with company pricing and policies. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM or other systems, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support, and staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings. The Sales Professional is expected to meet or exceed sales targets while providing a positive, solutions-focused experience to all customers.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and deliver responsive service.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with transparent spoken and written English and Hindi; additional local languages are a plus.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
