We are looking for a seasoned
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with strong domain expertise in hiring for
Sales and Fashion/Retail
functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, building talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to fulfill critical hiring needs across pan-India locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own
end-to-end recruitment
(sourcing to onboarding) for Sales, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Fashion Design roles.
- Partner with
business heads/hiring managers
to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Manage bulk/mass hiring
for retail store roles (Store Managers, Sales Executives, Fashion Consultants) as well as




niche hiring
for corporate/design roles.
- Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for pan-India store expansions and seasonal hiring spikes.
- Conduct
screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation
, and offer roll-out.
- Track and report key
recruitment metrics
(TAT, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio).
- Collaborate with HRBPs for
onboarding, induction, and early retention
strategies.
- Manage
vendor/agency relationships
for niche or high-volume hiring needs.
- Stay updated with
market intelligence, competitor mapping, and industry salary benchmarks
in Sales & Fashion domains.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years
of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3–4 years focused on
Sales/Retail/Fashion hiring
