Role Description
The Business Development Associate - US WHO Freshers role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The associate will engage with prospective learners and parents from the US market,



introduce BrightCHAMPS’ programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, delivering persuasive presentations and demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tools. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, meet individual and team targets, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends. The associate will also support campaigns, follow up on inquiries, and uphold BrightCHAMPS’ commitment to a high-quality, learner-centric experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations or demos.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skill
