Job Title: Assistant Payroll Manager ANZ APAC Location: Gurgaon Experience: 7 9 Years

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled payroll professional to manage end-to-end ANZ (Australia) payroll operations, with a future scope to oversee APAC payroll processes. The role requires strong hands-on experience in payroll processing, accuracy, and compliance within a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Australia (ANZ) payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Validate payroll inputs, perform reconciliations, and handle post-payroll activities
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll regulations and statutory requirements
- Support and gradually take ownership of APAC payroll operations
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and internal stakeholders for payroll inputs and issue resolution
- Handle payroll queries and escalations efficiently
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and maintain payroll records
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation initiatives




- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, controls, and compliance

Key Requirements
- 7 9 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong hands-on experience in Australia (ANZ) payroll (mandatory)
- Exposure to APAC payroll is a plus
- Strong knowledge of payroll operations, compliance, and statutory processes
- Advanced Excel skills (data handling, validations, reporting)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in shared services / GCC / payroll outsourcing environment
- Exposure to multi-country payroll environments
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, etc.)
