Role Description

The Business Development Executive (GCC B2B market) is a full time hybrid role based in Kerala, with work-from-home flexibiity.

Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to decision-makers (qualified leads gathered centrally), conducting discovery meetings, preparing proposals, and supporting the negotiation and closing of strategic engagements.

ou will lead growth initiatives by:
- Managing lead conversion directly or through channel partners (leads generated by UpGro management)
- Building and expanding our Channel Partner (CP) network across GCC and global markets
- Designing and executing marketing strategies to drive revenue
- Promoting digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Corporate Website Development

Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in any discipline with a flair in Sales & Business Development
- Proven B2B
