Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution as per design & schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely material & labor availability.
- Review work schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee quality of execution.
- Conduct site inspections, gather data, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Track project costs, budget utilization, and highlight potential issues.
- Organize materials, negotiate vendor contracts, and support procurement.
- Assess project feasibility, assist in budget estimation, and ensure compliance with standards.

Skills Required:
- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety compliance.
- Good communication and reporting ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office / AutoCAD preferred.
