Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Quality + SCM Lead with 38 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional expertise in Oracle Quality Management along with core Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Order Management. The candidate will lead implementation, support, and enhancement projects while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions. Oracle Quality Management supports closed-loop quality processes, inspections, and corrective actions integrated with the broader SCM suite.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Quality and SCM implementation/support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud Quality Management and SCM modules based on business needs.
- Design and implement Quality Inspection Plans, Quality Issues, and Corrective Actions.
- Work on Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Management,



and Order Management.
- Perform functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications and user documentation.
- Conduct end-user training and support business users.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills
- 3–8 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM functional experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Quality Management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules:
- Inventory Management

- Experience in Oracle Cloud configurations and setups.
