The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in luxury retail, capable of driving performance, mentoring teams, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and a solid customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Lead by example, setting high standards in client engagement and professional conduct.

• Mentor, coach, and develop junior sales associates to build a high-performing, motivated sales team.

• Regularly analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with management to plan seasonal campaigns, promotions, and clienteling strategies.

2. Client Relationship Management

• Build, nurture, and retain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and VIP customers.

• Handle high-value transactions with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a personalized luxury shopping experience.
