Role Description:

The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for managing and growing The Trading Mitra’s presence across social media platforms. This role involves
- planning and executing social media content calendars, creating and publishing posts, managing engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the content and education teams to translate financial and market insights into engaging, understandable, and platform-appropriate content.
- Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement, coordinating with designers or content creators, and staying updated with platform trends and best practices.
- The role also includes supporting brand awareness initiatives, community building, and periodic reporting on social media performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications




- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow multi-platform presence.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and audience needs.
- Excellent Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and accurate posts and captions.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with online communities and collaborating with internal teams.
- Familiarity with finance, investing, and stock market concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools to track and improve performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
