Role Description:

Navami Industries is looking for a dynamic
Head of Business Development
to drive revenue growth and expand our presence across domestic markets. The role focuses on identifying current business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships,



and leading commercial growth for our
seasoning solutions
.

Working closely with R&D;, Operations, and you will develop customer-centric seasoning solutions, manage key accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and represent Navami at industry events.

Qualifications:
- Robust business planning and strategic business development skills, with experience in growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Proven sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing complex B2B deals.
- Experience in account management and client relationship management, preferably with food or FMCG brands.
- Extensive background in business development and technical knowledge within the food ingredients, flavours, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
