We offer business valuations for financial reporting, tax compliance and transaction advisory services. We have significant client base in US, South East Asia and India and looking forward to expand our delivery team in India.

Role Description :
- We are looking forward to candidates interested in business valuation profession in high paced setting.
- The work will mostly involve engagement Purchase Price Allocation/ Business Combination, IRC 409a valuations, Goodwill impairment, portfolio valuations, complex security valuations etc.
- Responsible for the part and entire project delivery cycle of information gathering, industry research, valuation analysis, report preparation, audit support etc.
- Salary will be better than the industry standards.

Candidate Requirements :
- Must have worked in business valuations for at least 1 year.
2-3 years preferred.
- Must have worked on PPA/Business Combination and common stock valuations.
- Highly proficient in Excel and word.



Good PowerPoint skills is a bonus. Knowledge of working with Capital IQ, etc. will be an advantage.
- Experience in valuation modeling, industry and market research, report preparation, audit support etc.
- Experience in complex security (monte carlo simulations) etc. preferred.
- Highly proficient in Excel and word. Good PowerPoint skills is a bonus. Knowledge of working with Capital IQ, etc. will be an advantage.
- MBA, CA, CFA qualification preferred.
- Candidates from
NCR are preferred
or have to relocate to NCR.
