Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and teachable Marketing Operations Intern to support our Social Media and CRM marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, and analytics. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to learn the operations and ensure timely execution of social media campaigns and CRM communications through CleverTap.





Key Responsibilities

CRM (CleverTap) Operations
- Assist in creating and scheduling push notifications, in-app messages, and other CRM campaigns using CleverTap.
- Coordinate campaign assets, copy, audience segments, and campaign timing.
- Assist in creating and maintaining campaign reports.
- Maintain campaign documentation and CRM calendars.

Social Media Operations
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to ensure creatives are delivered on time.
- Upload, schedule, and publish posts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, escalating queries when needed.
- Research social media trends, competitor activities, and viral content ideas.
- Help maintain an organized library of creatives, captions, and campaign assets.
