We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – Intelligent Automation & AI to lead strategic transformation initiatives across our global operations.

This role is responsible for the successful delivery of enterprise-wide automation and AI programs, leveraging technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, Task Mining, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Workflow Automation, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Business Intelligence & Analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the BFSI sector, preferably within Insurance, coupled with robust program management capabilities, stakeholder engagement expertise, vendor management experience, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.
