Role & responsibilities -
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with enterprise clients, system integrators, and data center operators.
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales of enterprise server solutions.
- Understand customer infrastructure requirements and recommend suitable server configurations.
- Present and demonstrate enterprise server solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and resellers.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for order processing, configuration, and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM/ERPNext.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding server specifications, compatibility, and performance.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, customer meetings, and networking activities.

Required Skills & Expertise:




- Strong knowledge of enterprise server hardware and infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Dell PowerEdge Servers
- HPE ProLiant Servers
- Lenovo ThinkSystem Servers
- Understanding of server architecture, configurations, storage, processors, and performance metrics.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Robust communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems (ERPNext, Tally, or similar).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Hardware Sales (Enterprise Server Sales preferred).
- Proven track record in B2B sales and enterprise account management.
- Experience in domestic and/or export IT hardware markets.
