What you ll do
- Support multiple FPA initiatives simultaneously from concept through launch, including roadmap development, execution, and close-out
- Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into explicit, actionable specifications for development teams
- Build strong product understanding to identify user needs,



shape solutions, prioritize features, align stakeholders, and support the product vision
- Partner closely with Engineering, Finance, Tax, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment and effective communication throughout delivery
- Evaluate the impact of upstream accounting and transaction systems on downstream FPA processes and reporting outcomes
- Identify delivery, process, and compliance risks across initiatives and help drive mitigation plans
- Champion process improvement opportunities across the finance organization and help drive positive, scalable change
- Support high-quality execution across multiple concurrent launches in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Who you are
- 5+ years of recent and relevant experience
- Experience working with financial processes, strategic finance, finance requirements documentation, process design, and user acceptance testing
