Role Description
The IT Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vridhachalam.
In this on-site role, you will be the go-to person for all daily IT operations.
This role involves providing front-line technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. The IT Support Engineer will install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and basic network components, while monitoring system performance and ensuring data backups and security practices are followed. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, documenting solutions and assisting with system upgrades or rollouts. The role also involves maintaining an inventory of IT assets and supporting staff with technology onboarding and training.

Qualifications
- Candidates should posses strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills for resolving user issues efficiently.




- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and System Administration skills for managing systems, user accounts, and basic infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows or similar), office productivity tools, and basic networking concepts.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently on-site, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; industry certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role is preferred.
