Role Description
The Aviation Trainer will design and deliver classroom and practical training modules for aspiring cabin crew, air hostesses, and ground staff in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive sessions, assessing student performance through tests and simulations,
and providing constructive feedback and mentoring. The trainer will collaborate with academy leadership to update course materials, integrate current aviation practices, and support placement readiness activities such as interview preparation and professional grooming. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Skytech Aviation campus in Guwahati, requiring consistent in-person engagement with learners and training equipment.
