The BDO RISE Webcast Engagement Analytics & Reporting Sr. Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on ON24 webcast performance across individual events and BDOs full webcast programs. This role will use ON24 dashboards and reporting tools to track registration and attendance trends, engagement scores, engagement minutes,



UTM sources, poll/Q&A;/chat/survey activity, downloads, CTA conversions, on-demand views, and audience behavior over time. The role also develops post-event and cross-webcast reporting, identifies key moments and high-performing content, maintains attendee engagement profiles and lead-prioritization data, and supports CRM/MAP integrations to help marketing and sales teams measure pipeline influence, benchmark performance, and improve future webcast strategy.

Job Duties

General Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities: build recurring and ad hoc ON24 reports, analyze event and account-wide trends, and summarize insights for stakeholders.
- Metrics owned: registrants vs. attendees, attendance timelines, engagement score, engagement minutes, interactivity, CTA conversions, on-demand views, and content performance.
- Lead reporting: identify Power Leads, maintain prospect engagement profil
