Network Engineer-7+ years -Mumbai

Summary We are looking for an experienced Network SME with strong expertise in Switching, Routing, Wireless, and WAN technologies. The role involves managing enterprise network infrastructure, leading major incidents and network projects, ensuring high availability, and driving continuous service improvements in a 24x7 support environment.

Responsibilities –

1. Manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including Switching, Routing, Wireless, WAN, Firewalls, and Nexus environments.
2. Lead major incidents, change management activities, RCA preparation, DR drills, and participate in CAB, MIM, and architecture review discussions.
3. Configure and maintain VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, ACLs, NAT, VPNs, Cisco WLCs, Nexus switches, and network security policies.
4. Monitor network health, performance, capacity,



and availability using enterprise monitoring tools while ensuring SLA adherence and ITIL compliance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, OEMs, and vendors for network implementation, technology refresh, troubleshooting, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements –

1. Hands-on experience in Cisco Switching, Routing, Wireless, WAN technologies, and Nexus platforms.
2. Robust knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLANs, STP, QoS, ACLs, MPLS, VPNs, and network security concepts.
3. Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco Prime, HP NNMi, NetBrain, or similar platforms.
4. Good understanding of ITSM tools (ServiceNow/BMC Remedy), Incident, Problem, Change Management, and ITIL processes.
5. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills with experience working in 24x7 enterprise support environments.
