Role Description
The Graphic Design Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhilai. The intern will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand collaterals. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with logo design, branding elements, and image editing, as well as preparing files for print and digital use. The role involves following brand guidelines, collaborating with copywriters and marketers,



and contributing creative ideas to client projects. The intern will also help maintain design libraries, refine existing assets, and participate in brainstorming and review sessions.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Ability to create and refine logo design and branding elements that align with client identity and strategy.
- Proficiency in image editing and related visual enhancement techniques using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives (social media posts, web banners, ads) is an advantage.
