Job Summar

Senior Atlassian Administrato
r to manage, optimize, and support the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM), Bitbucket, and related integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, configuration, governance, automation, and platform optimization to ensure seamless collaboration across business and technology teams

- sDesign, configure, and support workflows, screens, permissions, notification schemes, issue types, custom fields, and dashboards
- .Develop and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation and scripting tools such as ScriptRunner
- .Manage user provisioning, access control, security groups, and role-based permissions
- .Troubleshoot system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges




- .Lead Atlassian upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization initiatives
- .Build and support integrations with third-party systems such as
- :Active Directory/Azure A
- DServiceNo
- wCI/CD tool
- sMonitoring tool
- sCollaboration platform
- sPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Atlassian solutions
- .Develop governance standards, best practices, documentation, and operational procedures
- .Create advanced reports, dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to support project and service management teams
- .Ensure platform security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and audit readiness
- .Provide L3 support and mentor junior administrators and support teams

.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- .7+ years of experience administering Atlassian products in enterprise environments
- .Solid expert
