Job Summary:
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and efficiency of company facilities. The role ensures a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment while managing vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and other facility service providers.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for equipment and infrastructure.
- Respond to facility emergencies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor utilities and drive cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
Pay: ₹675,000.00 - ₹718,000.00 per year
