Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, administration, scripting, integrations, and module customization while following platform best practices. This role requires experience across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, and custom application development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, including custom applications, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
- Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- IT Business Management (ITBM)
- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Custom Scoped Applications
- Develop and configure Service Catalog, Request Management, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) modules.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub,



and third-party applications.
- Configure and maintain workflows using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and Integration Hub.
- Implement Access Control Lists (ACLs), security rules, and platform governance to ensure secure operations.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patch management, and version releases while ensuring platform stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and deployment procedures.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform enhancements, new releases, and industry best practices.

Required Skills Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
