Position: HR Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Reporting To: Vivek Rai, HR Manager
Job Summary
Geeta Wholesale Mart is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
- Coordinate employee joining and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Maintain HR reports and MIS.
Eligibility
- Graduate/MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
