Key Responsibilities
- Develop baseline (& re-baseline) schedules using Primavera P6 including Milestones, contractual requirements and critical interfaces
- Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and activity coding structure
- Establish logic, sequencing, and critical path for all phases (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning)
- Establish Progress Measurement system for all the project phases
- Track project progress against baseline and perform periodic schedules updates
- Perform critical path and float analysis to identify delays and support the development of recovery plans & mitigation strategies
- Perform Time Impact analysis (TIA) for Change order
- Support preparation Extension of Time (EOT) Claims
- Prepare Project Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
- Coordination with project stakeholders for collection of inputs, forecasting and supporting project reporting.
- Support Change management, Risk Management,



Procurement processes with Schedule related information & analysis
- Lead the creation and automation of dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI & similar tools
- Support Lead Planning Engineer in preparation of Project Procedures and Management reporting

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering as a minimum
- 12+ years of EPC project planning experience
- Strong Primavera P6 expertise
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction sequence & workflows
- Advanced User of Microsoft Office
- Overseas Experience in Oil & Gas projects is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Power BI is an added advantage
