Looking for fresh graduates who want to build a career in operations, program execution, stakeholder coordination, and large-scale initiative management .

This role focuses on execution excellence ensuring that academic partnerships, student programs, events, and community initiatives run smoothly, on time, and as per defined SOPs.

They will start as an Operations Intern , progress to an Operations Trainee , and eventually transition into a full time Operations Executive , subject to performance and business requirements.

:

1. Operations & Program Execution




- Support the execution of city-level and regional initiatives under Cloud Counselage and IAC
- Coordinate end-to-end operations for employability programs, internships, and academic initiatives
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, timelines, and SOPs
- Track daily operational tasks and ensure smooth on-ground and virtual execution

2. Academic & Institutional Operations
- Assist in onboarding colleges and universities into the IAC ecosystem
- Coordinate with college authorities, faculty, placement cells, and entrepreneurship cells
- Support MoU coordination, faculty programs, student onboarding, and institutional follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of academic partnerships and program participation

3. Event

& Activity Operations
- Support planning and execution of webinars, workshops, hackathons, mentorship sessions, career fairs, and campus events
- Coordinate logistics, registrations, communication, and scheduling
