Role & responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Install safety and distribution components, such as switches, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, and technical schematics alongside architectural and engineering teams.
- Respond promptly to power outages, electrical faults, and hazardous situations across managed properties.
