Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Operations & Efficiency
- Process Engineering: Designing, implementing, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
across all phases of the project lifecycle—from schematic design to construction administration.
- Resource Forecasting: Analyzing staff capacity vs. project pipeline to make informed decisions on hiring, layoffs, or subcontracting needs.
2.Strategic Leadership & Business Development
- Business Growth: lead proposal efforts (RFPs), and represent the firm in executive discussions
- Project Visioning: Translate high-level client goals into innovative, functional, and sustainable design strategies that align with the firm's brand and quality standards
- Operational Oversight: Manage large-scale project portfolios, overseeing budgeting, financial forecasting, and staffing needs to ensure the firm’s profitability and operational efficiency
