Hostwire Systems is looking for a full-stack AI/Automation Developer to help us build powerful in-house tools, no bloated SaaS subscriptions, no fragile no-code platforms.

If you love building things from scratch, this is for you.

What you'll work on:
- Automating workflows across Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and MS Lists using Microsoft Graph API
- Building RAG systems and AI agents using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and local models (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp)
- Designing email and document intelligence pipelines: parsing, classification, OCR, entity extraction
- Building dashboards and internal tools using React, Next.js or Streamlit
- Creating reliable, production-grade automations with proper error handling, logging and retries, not one-off scripts

Tech you'll touch:

Python, Node.js, Azure Functions, Docker, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases (Chroma, Qdrant, FAISS), Playwright/Selenium, and more.

Who we're looking for:




- Solid in Python, comfortable with async programming and REST APIs
- Has shipped real, production automations before, not just demos or prototypes
- Cost-conscious: always picks the cheapest solution that works (local first, then free tier, then paid)
- Independent worker who can execute from a written brief with minimal hand-holding
- Documents everything. No black boxes.
- Curious and stays current with new AI tools

A note on access:

This role involves working with sensitive company data and, at times, privileged systems. We take this seriously: NDA required, all access logged, scoped and revoked when not needed.
