About the Role

We're looking for a performance-driven Marketplace Ads Manager to own and scale advertising across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other relevant marketplaces.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling marketplace advertising campaigns with a solid focus on driving profitable growth, improving visibility, and maximizing ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketplace advertising across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute sponsored product, sponsored brand, display, search, and platform-specific ad campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while achieving ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion, and revenue targets.




- Continuously optimize campaigns through keyword research, bid management, audience targeting, placements, and creative testing.
- Work closely with category, merchandising, inventory, and creative teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
- Build dashboards and regular reports tracking platform-wise KPIs.
- Stay updated on new advertising formats, platform features, and marketplace best practices.

Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience managing marketplace advertising.
- Prior experience running ads for a fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, or lifestyle brand is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with advertising consoles across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit and other marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of marketplace performance metrics
