What you'll do
- Lead development and implementation using Core Cloud development, Field Service, and Salesforce Platform Administration.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions supporting global operations.
- Collaborate closely with APEC stakeholders across product management and engineering.Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner internationally using Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile processes and sprint planning.
- Share knowledge and maintain technical documentation across regions.
- Support 24/7 operations through on-call rotations and incident management.Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Research emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and architecture decisions.

- 5+ years hands-on experience in software development, system administration, or related fields.
