Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction and interior fit-out projects and mobilizing own labour teams to complete the assigned projects independently.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate all project phases, including design, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, cost, and safety objectives.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or cost overruns.

Civil Construction Management
- Oversee structural, architectural, finishing, and external development works.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, architectural, and design consultants.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory approvals, and engineering standards.
- Supervise site activities and ensure quality workmanship throughout construction.





Interior Fit-Out Management
- Manage complete interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, furniture, modular systems, glazing, and decorative finishes.
- Coordinate MEP integration with interior works to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups, and sample approvals.
- Ensure interior works comply with design intent, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Manage finishing activities to achieve defect-free project delivery.

Contract & Commercial Management
- Review contracts, project scope, and technical specifications.
- Manage subcontractor agreements, procurement activities, and vendor performance.
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, billing, variations, and claims.
- Evaluate change orders and ensure proper commercial documentation.
- Support tendering, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives.
