PMO Manager - Pricefx Implementation | India Pricing Practice

Role Summary

We are hiring a PMO Manager for our Pricing Technology practice in India to manage Pricefx implementation programs for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for project governance, delivery management, cross-functional coordination, leadership reporting, risk tracking, and release readiness across PwC and client teams.

The PMO Manager will work closely with client stakeholders, functional teams, development teams, QA teams, data/integration teams, release management, PwC leadership, and client leadership to ensure structured, transparent, and timely delivery. This is a client-facing delivery leadership role requiring solid project management, Agile governance, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end governance for Pricefx implementation workstreams across design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Establish and maintain sprint cadence, status reporting, RAID tracking,



escalation paths, release checkpoints, and leadership reviews.
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items across PwC and client teams.
- Work with project leadership to define sprint goals, release objectives, delivery timelines, and implementation checkpoints.
- Ensure activities remain aligned with agreed scope, delivery methodology, project plan, and client expectations.
- Identify delivery risks early and escalate blockers, delays, dependency gaps, or resourcing concerns to stakeholders.
- Coordinate release readiness across functional, development, QA, data/integration, and deployment teams. Agile / Scrum Execution
- Oversee Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and defect triage meetings.
