We are seeking an cutting-edge and detail-oriented R&D; Executive to support the development of new food and beverage products. The ideal candidate will research market trends, develop and improve products, conduct trials, and work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new concepts to market while maintaining quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

Research food and beverage market trends and consumer preferences.
- Develop new products and improve existing products.
- Conduct product trials, testing, and evaluations.
- Prepare product specifications and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and operations teams.
- Analyze ingredients, formulations, and packaging options.
- Support product launches and continuous product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain records of product development activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition,



Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in food product development or R&D; (freshers with relevant projects may also be considered, if you’re open to them).
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
