Role Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead financial accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting for our growing organization. You will manage month-end closures, oversee monthly reconciliations, and support strategic financial decision-making across our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end accounting closures – prepare trial balances, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely financial statement preparation.
- Assist in GST and tax compliance – Assist in filing GST returns, and ensure compliance for the group
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable – manage vendor invoices, customer collections, and aging analysis.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal ledgers – identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly
- Prepare financial reports and analysis – create monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
- Support internal and statutory audits – maintain audit trails, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with auditors.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Certification CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) — currently valid and registered with relevant council.
