Homesfy Realty Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Interns to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent acquisition processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview feedback records.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns as required.

Desired Skills
- Pursuing MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
