Job Summary

The Assistant Professor Computer Science will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in academic research, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting institutional academic goals. The role demands strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, research orientation, and commitment to student development.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Computer Science and related disciplines.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assessments, and learning resources.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including blended learning and technology-enabled instruction.
- Mentor students for academic growth, projects, internships, and career guidance.





Research & Scholarly Activities
- Conduct independent and team-oriented research in relevant areas of Computer Science.
- Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Pursue funded research projects, consultancy, and industry collaboration.
- Support Ph.D./M.Tech student research work (if applicable).

Curriculum & Academic Development
- Participate in syllabus design, curriculum updates, and academic reviews.
- Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and academic audits (NAAC, NBA, etc.).
- Develop new courses aligned with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Administrative & Institutional Responsibilities
- Serve on departmental and institutional committees.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and academic events.
