Experience:
- B.E.(Mech) / B.E. (Production)
- Experience : 13 to 16 years in the Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing preferably Direct Commodity like Injection moulding, rubber molding, blow molding and Tooling etc.
- Preference of person having experience in Auto Industry and have exposure to Direct Commodity

Required Competencies: Knowledge and Skills (Functional Only)
- Personality Agile and Adaptive, Good interpersonal, analytical, Negotiation and Communication skills. Should be Cutting-edge and Strategic in approach. • Good Understanding of Automotive industry
- Experience in handling of Direct Commodity Injection moulding, rubber molding, blow molding and Tooling etc
- Good knowledge of
- Direct Commodity like Injection moulding, rubber molding, blow molding and Tooling etc.
- Cost drivers, Commodity trends and Knowledge of Cost reduction levers
- Domestic Supplier base specific to Direct Commodity like Injection moulding, rubber molding, blow molding and Tooling etc.




- Supplier assessment and Supplier onboarding process
- Excel and other analytic tools and PowerPoint presentations
- Techno commercial knowledge of Direct Commodity like Injection moulding, rubber molding, blow molding and Tooling etc.

Position Description and Key Responsibilities:

Candidate will be:
- Support sourcing and consolidation of approx. 400 Plus Cr of Annual spend
- Actively involved in achieving Cost reduction Targets, Support team in Supplier Strategy etc.
- Working Closely with the Business Unit CFTs (Purchase, Maintenance and other Teams) for various Purchasing initiatives: Cost Reduction, Supplier Negotiation, Consolidation etc
- Support for Cost Benchmarking for Direct Commodity
- Actively involved in Cost reduction initiatives across Tata Autocomp Group
- Support in preparing Sourcing strategy for Direct Commodities to have sustainable supplier base
- Responsible for initiating Long t
