About the Role

Dhruvsoft Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized Project Management Intern to support our Project Management Office (PMO). This internship is designed for recent graduates who are looking to build a career in Project Management by gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Role & responsibilities
- Support the PMO in planning, tracking, and monitoring ongoing projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including:
- Sales Team
- HR Team
- Hiring/Recruitment Team
- NetSuite Team
- Zoho Team
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Schedule meetings, maintain MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and project trackers.
- Identify delays, dependencies, and project risks, and escalate them to the reporting manager.
- Ensure effective communication between teams to facilitate smooth project execution





Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Professional attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Project Management or PMO processes.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM solutions (NetSuite, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
