Job Description:

• To manage overall training-related activities including delegate registration, course delivery,

tutor selection and approval, personnel records, and coordination with CQI/IRCA and other

accreditation bodies.

• To conduct performance reviews of personnel, including Tutors and Technical Experts.

• To manage and resolve appeals, complaints, and feedback related to training activities.

• To conduct exam invigilation and witness tutor sessions along with Technical Experts, where

required.

• To ensure overall quality control by monitoring compliance with established procedures across

all training processes.

• To design, develop, and plan the delivery of training courses.

• To issue training certificates to delegates and maintain associated records.

• To liaise and coordinate with accreditation boards and regulatory authorities.

• To update and maintain the training management system as per accreditation board

requirements.





• To work with Technical Experts for course design, development of training materials, and

continual improvement of course content.

• To be responsible for certification and approval of additional training courses.

• To act as the primary point of contact during accreditation board audits and assessments.

• To support business development initiatives by identifying training opportunities, coordinating

with prospective clients, preparing training proposals, and assisting in the promotion of

training services.

• To maintain relationships with existing clients and support efforts to expand the organization's

training portfolio and market presence.

• To perform any other duties as directed by Management.
