Role Description
The Online Project Manager/Team Lead will oversee end-to-end online research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for clients. This full-time hybrid role is based in Noida, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and managing online and mobile fieldwork activities. The role involves monitoring project performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring compliance with research protocols and client requirements. The Team Lead will also mentor and guide team members, optimize workflows, and contribute to the improvement of online marketing and recruitment strategies for the research panel.
