? Hiring: Solutions Director – Oracle Cloud (ERP / SCM / EPM Presales)

We are looking for a seasoned
Solutions Director
with deep expertise in
Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and EPM
to lead strategic presales engagements and large-scale digital transformation pursuits. This role is ideal for a leader who can shape winning deal strategies, engage with CXO stakeholders, and architect enterprise-grade Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for large Oracle Cloud transformation deals

✅ Define solution strategy, pricing, effort estimation, and executive presentations

✅ Conduct discovery workshops and engage with customer CXOs and IT leadership

✅ Architect scalable Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and EPM solutions across multiple geographies

✅ Drive deal qualification, win themes, commercial strategy, and proposal governance

✅ Collaborate with Delivery, Industry Verticals, and Oracle Alliance teams

✅ Mentor presales consultants and contribute to capability-building initiatives

- Robust track record in large Oracle Cloud transformation programs
- Oracle Cloud Certifications preferred (Financials, SCM, EPM)
